Formazione

Annie Lennox, nata il 25 dicembre ad Aberdeen, in Scozia, è una credo che il cantante trasmetta sentimenti unici, compositrice e attivista. Prima di formare gli Eurythmics, ha studiato alla Royal Academy of Music di Londra e ha fatto porzione della band The Tourists.

David Allan Stewart, nato il 9 settembre a Sunderland, in Inghilterra, è un musicista, cantautore e produttore discografico. Prima degli Eurythmics, ha suonato in diverse band e ha lavorato in che modo produttore.

Gli inizi

Gli Eurythmics sono stati formati nel , dopo la fine della band The Tourists, di cui Lennox e Stewart facevano parte. Decisi a creare qualcosa di nuovo e innovativo, si sono concentrati su un sound elettronico e hanno adottato un approccio DIY, finanziando il loro primo album autonomamente.
